In a nutshell, many therapists use coaching techniques in their practice, yet coaches are not qualified nor allowed to use therapy in their work.
Therapy is a method of healing practiced by licensed mental health professionals that assesses the mental, psychological, emotional, physical and somatic aspects of a client or patient, along with their present and past experiences, to diagnose and treat them. Find therapy resources here.
Coaching is a process of self-discovery that focuses primarily on the client’s present day experience, what they would like to change, what they envision, and how they would like to move forward into their future.

You are always completely in charge of the timing, pace and content of what you share or don’t share in your session.
Often times, becoming quiet enough to listen within, without making any more effort than just being in the room can be very productive. Resting creates space, potential and clarity.

Because every person is unique, with varying approaches to realizing their goals, I really can’t predict success or guarantee results.
I know for myself, and have witnessed in my clients for many decades, that when we commit to change or to create something new, while consistently showing up, through whatever challenges that may arise, while persisting with support, we do arrive at new place.
Often times we achieve the goal we set out to do. Other times, we realize that the process it took to get there offered new confidence to dream bigger, new skills to accomplish next steps, with a deeper wisdom of how to take good care of ourselves. So the journey that resulted in expansive transformation can also become the win to celebrate.
All that said, there are no minimum sessions required. However, in my experience, six sessions have consistently been a timeframe of completion, or a marker of a deeper level of exploration.

You may end the coaching relationship at any time.
Any sessions remaining on your package will be refunded. The cancellation policy will apply to any previously scheduled sessions.
-
The time and space for your session is reserved exclusively for you. For cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice you will be charged the amount of the session. For pre-paid packages, that missed session will be considered as fulfilled within the package.
Your session will start and end at the appointed time. If you haven’t arrived after 15 minutes, the meeting will be cancelled, and the session will be charged.
